A collaboration between “Acda en De Munnik” and “Van Dik Hout” that began in 1999… They originally pretended to be a band that had played together in their youth, and reunited again years later. The videoclip of Mijn Houten Hart revealed that another famous Dutch artist was in the initial band his name is Paul de Leeuw|The collaboration resulted in several hit songs, such as “Zij maakt het verschil” and “Mijn Houten Hart”.|Their first (and last) album, “Best of De Poema’s”, appeared in 2003. They aren’t producing together anymore and both bands are focusing on their own careers.|Both of their hits are on a prominent position in the all-time favorit list, the Top 2000 aller tijden, of Dutch radio2 which is on the air every year between x-mas and new years....
