Die Mannequin is a punk rock / hard rock trio from Toronto Ontario Canada, fronted by 22-year-old guitarist and singer Care Failure (born Caroline Kawa) They played the "next big thing" Step on the Edge Fest 1 in 2006, have toured across Eastern Canada several times on their own and opening for Buck Cherry on their Canadian tour, they have also opened for Guns N 'Roses on the Canadian dates for the 2006 North American Tour Their last gig was touring across Canada in 2009 with Marilyn Manson
