Ghost Wars is tagged as: ambient, folk, instrumental, post-punk, atmospheric The origins of Ghost Wars can be traced back to the mid 90s when frontman Arlie Carstens first heard Spirit Of Eden and Laughing Stock. “Ever since first hearing those albums I’ve wanted to do a project like this, something that has a distinct sound and vision but that is not the work of a specific group of musicians,” Arlie said in a September 2005 interview. Carstens, also the frontman of the indie band Juno, together with Eric Fisher (Juno) forms the core of Ghost Wars. Other artists collaborate on individual songs.
