He released his self-titled debut album in 1994 and has since released 1996’s Mind of Mystikal, 1997’s Unpredictable, 1998’s Ghetto Fabulous, 2000’s Let’s Get Ready and 2001’s Tarantula. In 2003, Mystikal pled guilty to sexual battery, and was released on January 14, 2010 after serving a six year sentence. He has plans to return to recording music and possibly release a new album sometime in 2010. He is one of many artists from Master P’s No Limit Records to achieve both critical and commercial success. Michael Tyler went to Cohen High School in New Orleans. Later he would go on to be in the Army and serve as a Meal, Ready-to-Eat supply clerk assigned to a stateside support unit.
