Nujax is the brainchild of Alan Brinsmead and Justin Adler who also run the legendary weekly party ‘Sextape Fridays’ out of Team Canada’s infamous Montreal venue The Blue Dog Motel. Since the duos inception a little over a year ago they’ve become a staple in Montreal’s burgeoning electronic music scene.
In the last year they’ve played alongside international talents like MSTRKRFT, Malente, DJ Barletta, Cobra Krames, DJ Grandtheft, Hatchmatik, and Danny Daze (Discotech). Their remixes and original tracks have been played on BBC Radio 1 as well as at ‘I love Techno 2009’. Their music as also been featured on on the Mad Decent blog, Culture of Me, NME, as well as many other popular blogs.
Currently Nujax is preparing their first EP due out soon on Coco Machete Records. |
