After signing Jive Records Three Days Grace released two studio albums Three Days Grace in 2003 and One-X 2006, which both have been certified platinum and double platinum in the U.S. and Canada, in 2007 the band was declared number a rock artist by advertising posters and there were four artists playing time in Canada the same year the band's third album Life begins now varsläpptes on September 22, 2009

Three Days Grace was formed in 1992 under the name of Groundswell in Norwood Ontario Canada Groundswell's line-up consisting of five members: Adam Gontier (vocals guitar), Neil Sanderson (drums, vocals) Brad Walstad (bass), Phil Crowe (guitar) and Joe Grant (guitar ) all of whom go from high school when the band was formed [1]
