UNRULY CHILD was formed in the early 90’s by singer Mark Free (Signal, King Kobra), guitar player Bruce Gowdy (Stone Fury, World Trade, Glenn Hughes), keyboard player Guy Allison (Lodgic, World Trade, Air Supply) and drummer Jay Schellen (Hurricane). They worked out some might impressive demos in Bruce Gowdy’s studio and the material generated in a huge interest from the major labels and the band was shortly signed to Interscope and bass player Larry Antonino joined the band.
The bands debut album released in 1992 and produced by Beau Hill, received amazing respons from the world’s leading hardrock press, media and magazines, and is by many rated as one of the finest hardrock releases released in the 90’s.
‘Waiting For The Sun’ the title for the bands latest studio album is proof that the band still is in the very forefront of the melodic rock scene today.
|The band is today a three piece with Bruce Gowdy, Kelly Hansen and Jay Schellan. But the other UNRULY’s is guesting on the new album and is still part of the UNRULY CHILD collective.
UNRULY CHILD is back and this time do they plan to stick around and defenetive with more albums to follow.
