Along with Violent J and their former manager, Alex Abbiss, the trio founded Psychopathic Records. Utsler is credited for drawing the “Hatchet Man” featured prominently in the Psychopathic Records logo. Released his first solo EP titled Fuck Off! in 1994. It was 4 tracks long, and in the booklet of the cassette version, there was an ad for a second Shaggy solo CD called “Shaggs the Clown”. However, “Shaggs the Clown” was never released. Again, he started on another solo album titled “The Southwest Strangla”, which he never finished. The title track, “Southwest Strangla”, was released on Forgotten Freshness, Volume 1.
