BLAM HONEY is tagged as: industrial, visual kei, electronic, japanese, gothic Blam Honey is a gothic-industrial Japanese band that originally lasted from sometime in 1995 to late 2000, consisting of Tatsuya(Formerly VIRTU PSYCHO MARE Vocalist) (Vocals, Guitar, Percussion) and Ryonai (Programming/Synths and Synth Guitar). Blam Honey have had a significant influence over many Industrial bands in Japan today. In 2008, after a 7 year break, Ryonai has reformed Blam Honey and released a memorial CD Providence of Decadence and performed a one night memorial live then decided to continue with the project. Blam Honey released 2 Demo tapes (THE HORSE BREAKER ELECTRONIC BRAIN & THE HORSE BREAKER ELECTRONIC ANGEL) and a live only single (THE OTHER SIDE OF ELECTRONIC BRAIN) which quickly sold out. Around this time they were also becoming extremely popular among their fans. In 1998 they released a mini album entitled ‘GRANDIOSE DELUSION’, containing their more popular tracks, including ‘RINK’, ‘HYPER AESTHESIA’, & ‘TRANCEPERENT SKY’. They released a maxi-single entitled ‘ARTIFICIAL DELUSION’ soon after, which contained 3 tracks from GRANDIOSE DELUSION that had been remixed, as well as a new track, entitled ‘FLY TO FLIER’.
