He attended the Excelsior High School and was always looked up to as the school’s number one entertainer, and performed at most school functions. Upon graduating, he recorded his first song entitled ‘Never Dun’ on the Wild Geese label but this didnt make the impression he wanted so he continued to work at putting out a record that would create a big impact in the dancehall. Delly ranks was one of the artists who voiced on the ‘Remember The Days’ recording collaboration with Bushman, Daddy Screw, Sharon Foster and Ten Percent, all from Studio 2000.
