Didrik Solli-Tangen is tagged as: eurovision, pop, norwegian, opera, male vocalists Didrik Solli-Tangen (born 11 June 1987 in Porsgrunn, Telemark county, Norway) is a Norwegian singer who represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song “My Heart Is Yours”. His TV debut was under the annual Norwegian tv-charity, where he performed «Torna a Surriento» Didrik is student by the highly acclaimed Barratt Due Insititute of performing arts in Oslo. Didrik Solli-Tangen comes from a very musical talented home and it was his father who recommended him to take singing-lessons. In 2004 he began to take lessons with Anders Vangen and they have made a lot of concerts together. He has toured in The USA ,New York Opera Society and performed for audiences in Chicago and Washington. Didrik sang “My heart is yours” written by Kempe and Sørvaag in the Norwegian finale of Eurovision song contest 2010. He won the national final 6th.february in Oslo Spektrum and was the Norwegian act in the international final of Eurovision song contest 2010 29th May in Telenor Arena right outside Oslo, Norway. He ended on 20th place.
