Phil was an unapproachable type who used to bully a young Luke in the dinner queue at lunch times. Pete and Gary just used to mess about in the music department at every available opportunity, which is where the musical bond formed. Our paths all crossed some years later when we formed Ejectorseat and with the inclusion of Andrew, our brand new drummer, we are all now following the same path. We describe our songs as “pop music that makes you want to dance with words that make you want to cry.” Our influences include The Smiths, Manic Street Preachers, The Clash, Suede and any band capable of making meaningful pop songs.
