He felt that the industry contacts he had made during his achievement as second-runner-up on Canadian Idol would be best put to use by creating a new project. Naturally, he turned to some of the best talent in the area. Drew acquired Bret Carrigan, the heavy hitting rock drummer that he had played with on many occasions previous.
