He is supported by Chris Action (guitar), Luke York (Bass) and Richard Stagg (Drums) who are all polished musicians in their own right. The band formed in late 2005 with the purpose of playing in a high school band competition as a Grinspoon cover band… not contemplating anything serious. However after a very successful first show they discovering a communal desire to progress further and before long where playing regular gigs. At this stage the band was know eponymously as- ROCKBAND. |Between early 2006 to the start of 2008 the band had 2 rhythm guitarists come and go, so eventually they settled with the four of the original members, and found a new band name in JACK ACTION- an 80’s classic track from legendary glam metal basnd W.A.S.P. |The band has now turned its attention to producing new recording as well as a focus on marketing the band to raise their profile.
