Nozzle offer a hard-edged blend of anthemic rock and melodic British pop music. Their music has been described by the music press as “a lush combination of rock guitars with a dynamic rhythm section, melodic vocals and moody atmospheres”. Nozzle, who are based in Devon, were originally formed in 1995 by singer, guitarist and songwriter Dave Blomberg and consists of Dave on guitar & vocals, Leigh Winsor on bass guitar and Joe Breban on drums. | |Nozzle released their third album Empires on 12th May 2008. In keeping with the band’s DIY ethic, Empires, which is without doubt their most adventurous album to date, was recorded, engineered and mixed entirely by themselves. It captures the live energy and feel of the three-piece rock band and features some carefully constructed and well crafted songs. | |Nozzle’s debut album Winter (2001) received very favourable reviews in such |respected European Magazines as Metal Hammer, Zillo and Orkus. Winter was again recorded, engineered and mixed by the band at their own studio.
