Perfidious Words is tagged as: synthpop, electronic, new wave, ebm, synth pop Back in 1991 Drazen and a friend decided to start tinkering with synthesizers. Their adventures in sequencing began with the use of an Atari ST and the purchase of a Yamaha SY55 and the renowned SY77.|In the early days their work included mainly covers from acts like Pet Shop Boys, Erasure, and other synthpop legends. Three years later (and after gaining serious proficiency on Cubase while attempting to write their own material) the friends were introduced to Lars who was just finishing school and coincidentally was looking to perform some songs at his own graduation party. That’s how they decided to join forces and seize the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience. And so they did… they had their first chance to play covers of songs from Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, REM, and even their own music!|They enjoyed their first gig so much that they decided to continue working together and write brand new material.
