Red Letter Print is tagged as: A Pop/Rock band formed in 1999 in the Rio Grand Valley. The primary line up consisted of Michael Andrew (Vocals/Guitars), Blaine Crews (Drums/Vocals), and Javier Valladarez (Bass/Vocals). After a move to Austin in 2002, Michael headed into Music Lane Studios, to record RLP’s first serious demo. Michael recruited the help of Mike Suh and Paul Price to fill in the drums and bass roles. After hearing the demo, Blaine moved up to Austin to join him. By this time Javier had since moved on. A short while after Blaine moved to Austin, RLP headed into the studio to record a full length album, produced by Jason Demetri of the band Soak. Paul Price recorded the bass and some guitar on this project. After a few years of trying to get their name out, Red Letter Print disbanded after the 2006 SXSW show at Rutamaya. Blaine went on to join The Campaign and Michael went on to form Willamar. Chal from the band Soak and Travis from the band Eleven Finger Charlie help RLP with their live gigs....
