Latin pop singer Ricardo Montaner was born as Hector Eduardo Reglero Montaner on September 8, 1957 in Valentín Alsina, Lanús Partido (county), Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, but moved to Maracaibo, Venezuela when he was 7 years old. During his youth he performed in the church chorus in the town of Maracaibo and soon after launched his career in the early 80’s.
