This mix-master can scratch like a madman, and mixes his records so smooth and fast that you sometimes find yourself dancing to one song while the next one is already playing. Rubix’s sets contain everything from Nu Disco to Fidget, and from Baltimore to Electro. His wide range of influences include A-trak, Diplo, Laidback Luke, DJ Sneak, Phoenix, Boys Noize, Armand van Helden and M.I.A. Rubix started playing at age 18, but he went fast-forward since then. In the last five years he has gained a wealth of experience as a DJ and has become a rising star as a producer as well. One of his milestones includes the cooperation with Wannabe a Star with whom he released “Cashgirl”. His first hit-record ‘Baiser sur la Disco’ found his way onto the first GirlsLoveDJs compilation. This track is much supported among scene-heroes like Boemklatsch, Crookers and Laidback Luke.
