Matthew Lee wallis Aka Shrewd. Matt was born and raised in Lincoln UK and has had a passion for the chunky underground sounds from an early age. Being influenced from the likes of Inland Knights and DIY back in the day, Matts visions for music were already set in motion. Matt now 31 has been djing for over 10 years and producing for nearly 6. This all started back in the day with Matt being one of the original founders off the legendary Shrewd Sound System. From here Matts love for the music playing out at free parties and clubs became even stronger! Matt knew then the only way forward would be to start creating his own unique brand off sounds and styles! So armed with not much more than ideas and a passion, Matt set about learning the skills and techniques in which he needed to create these ideas and turn them into the styles of house music he produces to this day.
