The Rushes were a London-based band from 2000 to 2009. |Their use of piano, clear vocals and inventive rhythms set them apart from similar rock / indie acts.|Whilst signed to Island records they recorded nearly 2 albums worth of material, however little of this was officially released. |Their first album was to be called “To The Surface” and was originally intended to be released ~March 2009.
