МакSим (born June 10, 1983) is the nickname of Marina Sergeevna Abrosimova, a Russian pop star. Marina comes from the city of Kazan. She is a singer-songwriter. Her 2006 debut album “Трудный возраст” (“Trudnyj Vozrast” - “Difficult Age”) sold a million copies. In 2007 was released her second album ‘‘Мой Рай’’(‘‘Moj Raj’’ - My |Paradise). The 3rd album was released on december 2009 and it’s is called ‘‘Одиночка’’ (‘‘Odinochka’’ - Alone). The song “Нежность” (“Nezhnost” - “Tenderness”) held the first place in the “Russian Radio” charts for 18 weeks.
Marina has been performing since she was fourteen years of age.When she was 18 years-old she formed together with Katya Barandova a duo called ‘‘Guby’’.But it wasn’t sucessful. |She has studied music. Amongst other things, she is a fan of Deep Purple and Pink Floyd.
