Elvir Mekic biography

Elvir Mekić (Cyrillic: Елвир Мекиќ) is an R&B/Pop singer,dancer and songwriter. He released his debut album “Opasno” (“Dangerous”) in 2007. Also that year he participated on Ohrid Fest, music contest in Ohrid, at the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia with the song “Opasno” duet with the popular singer Maja Sazdanovska from the same country. Mekić also competed in the preselection of Fyrom for the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song “Armija” (“Army”), and he reached only the 8th place.
