Colombian pop singer Adriana Lucía began singing in her native Cordoba, participating in different festivals around the country soon after. At the age of 14, she signed with local Sonolux, recording her debut album Enamorate Como Yo in 1997. Destellos de Amor followed in 1998. A year later, performing along with accordionist Harold Rivera, they represented Colombia at Berlin’s Summer Festival. Composer/arranger Omar Geles produced her album Te Amaria, released in 2000. After teaming up with accordion player John Lozano, Lucía recorded De Corazón A Corazón in 2001. |
