Arrah and the Ferns “broke up” in May 2008. Their former band consisted of Arrah Fisher, Carl Stovner, Dave Segedy, and Joey Patrick.|They (nearly) finished a sophomore full-length before they broke up, but never released it.|In March of 2010, Arrah and Carl decided it was time to do something with the 2nd album. They finished the recordings and have since been mixing and mastering.|The new album comes out “officially, unofficially” on Friday Sept 3rd (they’re still working out venue spaces for the release, that’s why it’s unofficial)|They’re based out of Philadelphia now, not Muncie, Indiana.|They have new faces in our live band! Jay Chuong (drums) and Buddy Szczesniak (bass) are the new Ferns.|They’re going on tour in September with the new tunes. |
