Antoine Rodgers (better known as Bobby Creekwater) is a new artist on Shady Records from Atlanta, Georgia. |He is the second artist from the South to sign with Shady Records (Stat Quo was the first). |Bobby Creekwater was originally in a group called Jatis and, along with member Charlie J, released an album in Europe called The Saga Begins; their sound was extremely reminiscent of old OutKast work such as Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik, ATLiens and Aquemini. Both Bobby and Charlie J were vocally very similar to Andre Benjamin.
A Brilliant Mistake is the debut album from rapper Bobby Creekwater. It is said to be released sometime this Fall. The only known producer so far will be Eminem, and there have been mentions that Havoc and Dr. Dre will also help. |
