A Grindcore band from the DFW area of Texas formed after the destruction of The Dance Massacre. Choke On The Color Olive was much faster, louder and technical than The Dance Massacre, epitomized by odd time signatures, random riffs, and shrill screams, COTCO gained quick popularity in the Texas scene, sadly in late 2006 the group called it quits. With Steven (vocals) moving on to scream for the metalcore outfit We Held Manhattan and some of the other members forming a grind outfit known as Weak Breather. |
