This page represents two artists: 1) Chris Clark, the contemporary electronic artist, and 2) Chris Clark, the ’60s Motown diva. 1) an English electronic/idm artist signed to Warp Records. With the 2006 release of Throttle Furniture, he changed his artist name to Clark. 2) a white, female motown soul diva still beloved to Motown and northern soul fans. Among several singles her biggest and best-remembered was “Love’s Gone Bad” written by the powerhouse hit-maker trio Holland/Dozier/Holland; it peaked on Billboard’s R&B charts in 1966.
