Darkest Before Dawn is founded on Christian beliefs. Each individual member has their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and the message we preach is that of the importance of having that relationship. Our main priority is to spread the love of our savior and to direct the eyes of our fans to the reason why we are in the position that we are. We believe that God has placed us on this Earth for a reason bigger than we can imagine, and we hope to influence the lives of others by way of example, and more importantly, through our music. God has supplied every single thing for us. Every time we run into what we think is going to be a huge problem, God steps in and saves the day. We met at practice. The first day of practice was “hey, whats up, I’m Travis” and “oh hey dude I’m Premo lets do this”. I mean really, God put us together so we could use the talents He’s given us to attract people in so we can tell everyone the good news, that Jesus Christ is Lord. That He is the Son of God and he died on a cross, and literally came back to life 3 days later. So there is grace. There is mercy. You have sinned, but because of Jesus, you can be forgiven. How do you know who God is? …Find out for your self who God really is.
