GOLDEN BUG (Gomma/SSG-France)
Golden Bug is a nasty little project of Antoine Harispuru produced on Gomma records (www.gomma.de). He′s one half of Silicon Boogie and one part of the Silicon Square Garden family (who also houses Playgroup, Play Paul, Rovedogs and Silicon Boogie). Golden Bug brings some banging Club Funk, Nu-Disco with robotic vocals, cut up fervently like powder on a glass table at Studio 54. Mixing dark italo basslines, crisp synthesizers and electrobeats.as well as some well-placed freakin’ Prince-like vocals he creates a very personal and effective sound.
Based in Paris,Golden Bug oftenly plays in clubs like Le Paris Paris, La Fleche D′or, Le Showcase and also in European clubs like Suxul (Ingolstadt),Mono(Warsaw), Die Registratur (München), Fellini, City Hall, Terrassa (Barcelona), Nasti( Madrid), etc…| |
