As of April 2007, the band won their independence from Virgin Records and are currently unsigned. They are currently under the management of Alexis Rivera of Echo Park Records. The band is finishing their new album, tentatively scheduled for a fall release. The name of the album is not known at the moment, but the band has made MySpace bulletins referencing that they are in the final mixing stage. The new song “Gangster” premiered on the band’s MySpace on April 15, 2008, and its lyrics posted in a blog entry by the band.Their songs have been featured in the game SSX3 (“A is for Action”), the forthcoming Playstation 2 videogame ATV Off Road Fury 4 (“Creeps Me Out”), and the movie ‘Grandma’s Boy’ (“STD Dance”). “STD Dance” was also featured in ‘Suicide Girls: The First Tour’.
