Irina Saari is a Finnish singer. Toni Wirtanen, the leadman of a popular Finnish rock band called Apulanta, asked Irina to sing the theme song to a Finnish tv-series, Juulian totuudet.|As the song was a success and record companies got interested in Irina’s beautiful voice, Irina’s debut album “Vahva” was released in 2004.|The album contains the hits, “Juulian Totuudet”, “Vastaukset”, “Vahva” and “Kuurupiiloa”.|The album was awarded as the best debut album of the year 2004 in the Finnish Emma-awards and Irina herself was awarded to be the best new artist of the year.
The second album “Älä riko kaavaa” has also been a success. It contains hits: “Älä sano mitään”, “Hiljaisuus”, “Kymmenen kirosanaa” and “Älä riko kaavaa”.
Irina’s third album “Liiba Laaba” was released in spring 2007. It contains hits: “Pokka”, “Miksi hänkin on täällä?”, “Liiba Laaba” and “Selkä Selkää Vasten”. |
