Isis Gee is a singer, songwriter, producer, programmer, arranger, string arranger, engineer and remixer of her own music, aspiring ultimately to create something unique. She released the album entitled ‘Hidden Treasure’ in Summer 2007. The album was mixed by Simon Gogerly in London, UK. (He was a 2006 Grammy award winner for U2’s ‘How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb’ and a mixer for Elton John, Sarah McLachlan, Gwen Stefani and Jennifer Lopez.) The album features three tracks co-produced by KK, also in London. (KK worked with Sting, Craig David, Bjork, Dido, Nelly Furtado, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue and Natalie Imbruglia.) It was mastered by Tim Young at Metropolis Studios, London, UK. (Tim Young has worked with Madonna, Massive Attack, Coldplay and David Bowie.) The music industry’s very best are captivated by her numerous abilities, both creatively and technically. Isis’s musical style can be classified as Pop Adult Contemporary. The industry’s top representatives often describe her as an edgy Sade meeting Celine Dion and Lara Fabian, while also supplying gentle elements of airy pop vocals and unique operatic elements. Her voice encompasses every ingredient; powerful and spellbinding, airy and angelic at the same time, while adding textures of low and calm vibrations, soothing enough to rock you to sleep, immersing your senses with amazing vocal control and range. Isis embraces her R&B roots and you can feel the pulse throughout the tracks she creates, supplying calm and soulful beats, a dash of electronics for texture and catchy undeniably pop vocal stylings. But that’s not all. To add a different signature dimension, Isis Gee also incorporates something even more unique; the classical side of her vocal training, creating elements of gentle ethereal contrast by adding a kiss of pop-opera so subtle at times that you might presume it is an instrument within the mix. Isis Gee filmed the music video to her first single and hit track ‘Hidden Treasure’ in Egypt’s most sacred architectural jewel, the Isis Temple of Philae. She went on to film her second music video clip in Gdansk, Poland, for her second single ‘What You See’. The album, along with her songs and videos, has received rave reviews. NEWS UPDATE: After being selected from a demo singing her new, beautiful love song ‘For Life’, Isis was chosen in the top ten from hundreds of entries to compete to represent Poland at the well-known European song contest Eurovision 2008. She then won the competition and will represent Poland in Belgrade, Serbia in May. Isis has completed producing the track along with co-producer Adas Sztaba and then returned to London to mix once again with Grammy Award Winning Simon Gogerly. After returning, Isis completed filming the music video clip to ‘For Life’, which was directed by her husband, Adam Gee and Patricia Woy-Wojciechowska.
