Kiss Corona are a band riding high on recent press attention. Picked up by print publications and e-zines alike, their particular blend of melody rich, harmony driven pop rock has been catching the eyes and ears of several corners of the industry.
The 4 piece from Nottingham (Phil - vocals and guitar, Steve - vocals and bass, Luke - lead guitar and Alex - drums) write the kind of irresistible pop-tinged tunes that bands like Kids In Glass Houses and You Me At Six have been trailblazing across the UK to sold out crowds in the past couple of years, earning Kiss Corona the title of Kerrang! Magazines local heroes in May 2010.
Their first 3 track E.P ‘Look To The Stars’ was released on iTunes in September 2009, followed by an April 2010 O2 Academy tour with popular pop-rock trio Twenty Twenty.
Eager to prove themselves to contemporaries, fans and the industry, Kiss Corona are looking to make their mark with their forthcoming single ‘The Danger Of Falling In Love’ out on 5th December and are looking forward to heading out on their first Full UK tour in December, with Leeds based pop-punk outfit Summerlin. |
