Max Bemis is frontman for the popular California rock group Say Anything. |On April 4, 2009, Bemis married Sherri DuPree of the band Eisley and now resides in Tyler, Texas.|Max suffers from bipolar disorder. Unsatisfied with songs of Say Anything’s first CD, Baseball, he refuses to play any songs off of it when performing in concert. He will occasionally pull out “A Walk Through Hell” or “Baseball, But Better”, but for the most part the songs he prefers to perform live with his band are off of “…Is A Real Boy”, or its counterpart “…Was A Real Boy”. Max’s greatest musical influence is Saves The Day. |
