Ogan Aydın (born Aydın Ogan; April 23, 1979) is a Turkish musician and originally from Kusadasi. He attended Turkish Air Force Academy before moving to London, where he refined his skills and gained a following. His first two studio albums, Kader Ugruna in 2005 and Kollarinda in 2007, did well commercially. Aydın began his career performing mainly acoustic pop, but gradually began a transition towards the electronic genre in 2008.The electronic influence can be heard on his album Zehirli Nefes; released in July 2008.Zehirli Nefes illustrates the nature of Ogan Aydın’s work and demonstrate how his sound has developed over time. He is also involved in philanthropic activities by using someone translate his songs into the sign language with Turkish National Federation of the Deaf. |
