|Latest: 2010 Glasgow born Owen Paul McGee shot to #3 in the UK charts in 1986 with his one-hit wonder “My Favourite Waste of Time”. After a lengthy break from the music industry he is now touring the Uk and Europe. After his success in 2009 singing with the Scottish ‘supergroup’ Four Good Men ( Derek Forbes - Simple Minds, Graham Duffin- Wet Wet Wet, Smiley - The Mescaleros, Phil Kane - The Silencers), Owen will be singing the lead vocals for Ex-Simple Minds (Derek Forbes and Brian McGee) on their forthcoming gigs where they will perform all the early ‘Simple Minds’ classics from ’ Life in a day ’ to ’ Alive and Kicking ‘.
