There are at least two acts called Phonetik.
1. A Swedish hip-hop artist (Peter Haag, b. 1980) who became an established underground figure in his home country (and elsewhere, to some extent) in 1999 when his debut EP “Sounds of Speech” was released. He is widely recognized for his creative lyricism, vivid delivery and during live shows: his freestyle skills. Even if Phonetik only writes and records songs in English he was without a doubt one of the leading underground artists who helped shape the Swedish hip-hop scene when it took a revolutionary step in the late 1990s. He is set to release his first full length album “Survival tactics” in the winter of 08/09.|2. A turkish techno artist. |
