Shaggydog is an Indonesian band, which was formed on June 1, 1997, from Sayidan, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The band members are Heru, Richard, Raymond, Bandizt, Lilik & Yoyo.
They refer their music as “Doggy Stylee”; a combination of several elements of music such as ska, reggae, jazz, swing and rock n ‘roll, even at rock-mix.
Inspired by their bitter sweet life, artists like Cherry Poppin Daddies, Hepcat, Bob Marley, Beach Dub Allstars Song are fractions of the bands influencing Shaggydog’s musicality. |
