Sly Boogy was born into a very talented and musical family for Sly Boogy’s aunt, father and two of his uncles were in a R&B/Soul group. Sly Boogy was born and raised in San Bernardino, California and started making music and rapping in his early teens. He is an up an coming West Coast rap artist and released his debut album, Judgement Day in 2002. He received good airplay for singles that he released in 2003-2004, including ‘California Remix”, “Thatz my name” and “If u got crew”. The song “Thatz my name” was featured in the EA Games racing game Need For Speed: Underground 2.
