Steve Ellington Band is an indie electronic/hip hop band from London. Their influences include Kraftwerk, Daft Punk, Mylo, Mike Oldfield and The Flaming Lips.
Their most popular song is Kiss, from their Promo Sessions album.
Their second album, The Electrolysis EP, was released in 2005.To date, the group has released five EP albums independently.Thier music is a blend of electronic,funk,rnb and hip hop sounds.In 2009,an LP album was scheduled to be released but the album has been postponed to 2010.The band are currently working on another video for their “Kiss” song which is by far to date their most successful hit with cult fans. |
