Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989). In 2006, she released her debut single “Tim McGraw”, which peaked at #6 on the Billboard country charts. Later in October 2006, she released her self-titled debut album, Taylor Swift, which produced five hit singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts and was certified 3× Multi-Platinum by the RIAA. Her follow-up album Fearless was released in November 2008 and charted at #1 in three countries. On November 22, 2009, she received the American Music Award for Artist of The Year. Taylor Swift are also a grindcore band from New Zealand. Their name is derived from an inside joke. To date they have released only a demo, and though remaining prominently underground have received minor publicity from the success of pop star Taylor Alison Swift. |
