TBNY’s underground activities deeply affected the roots of Korean hiphop. TBNY being close friends with members of Epik High, they shared views of hiphop to improve their skills. Also, TBNY produced and wrote lyrics for many of today’s famous Korean singers. Featuring was also done many times by TBNY. -2Pac tribute album “how we go” (producing and lyrics)|-T Gemini Album <Hyuk Myung>|-BaekJung <work it on>|-Vasco 1st <Music is Power>|-Unknown DJs <Virus>|-Dynamic Duo 1st <My World>|-Gangster Wife OST <Mirrorball>|-Keep Roots <More than this>|-Leessang 3rd <Ya Ba Wee>|-All Black single <Dream>|-Epik High 1st <Will> <Outro> <Watch Ya Self>|-Epik High 2nd <Delusion of Persecution> <Open MIC>|-Epik High 3rd <Swan Song>|-CBMASS 1st <Mass Mediah>|-CBMASS 2nd <sunshine seoul> <watch out> TBNY’s songs deliver various genres rooting from hiphop. For example, TBNY’s <Prayer> is sung in the name of God, both TobBob and Yankie being born Christians.|TBNY’s <Truman Show> contains lyrics based off of the original movie of ‘True Man Show’.|TBNY’s <F.U> and <You> contain feelings of hatred for a specific target. The track <You> was indirectly targeted at Curbin of CBMASS, who scammed money off of Epik High’s production funds for the 1st album. This was clearly shown when Yankie yelled “You know who I’m talking about right? It’s CBMASS” during their “Prosac” concert. To visit TBNY’s website, go to|http://tbny.co.kr |
