The Kelley Deal 6000 biography

The Kelley Deal 6000 were started by Kelley Deal while on hiatus from The Breeders. The band were originally called Solid State, but another band had already taken that name. Most of the initial songs for the band were written by Deal while in rehab.
The Kelley Deal 6000 released two albums on Kelley’s Nice Records label, Go To The Sugar Altar in 1996 and Boom! Boom! Boom! in 1997.
