Damone is a hard rock band influenced by power pop punk rock, mostly classic metal, their music can be described as a female fronted Cheap Trick with Thin Lizzy-inspired dual-guitar band formed in 2002 in Waltham MA and consists of Noelle LeBlanc (vocals guitar), Mike Woods (guitar ), Vazquez (bass) and Dustin Hengst (drums)
Damone released their debut album "From The Attic" in 2003 by RCA, but due to poor sales the label stopped showing interest in the band's first guitarist left the band sometime in 2004 to be replaced by Boston native Mike Woods While working on new material the band was dropped from their label after requesting to be released They were picked up quickly by Island Records
